Welcome to Pamu Trips (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pamu Trips website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Pamu Trips
Pamu Trips is a multi-vendor travel and hospitality platform that connects travelers (“Guests”) with homestay owners, holiday home providers, and local service providers (“Hosts” or “Vendors”). Pamu Trips acts solely as a facilitator and technology platform and is not a property owner, hotel operator, travel agent, or tour operator unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform:
You must be at least 18 years of age
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities conducted through your account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected
Platform integrity or user safety is compromised
4. Role of Pamu Trips
Pamu Trips:
Provides a digital platform for listings, bookings, and communication
Does not own, manage, operate, or control listed properties
Does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any listing or service
All agreements for stays or services are directly between Guests and Hosts.
5. Listings and Bookings
5.1 Host Responsibilities
Hosts are solely responsible for:
Accuracy of listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability
Compliance with local laws, licenses, permits, and tax requirements
Guest safety, hygiene, and service delivery
5.2 Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Review listing details carefully before booking
Respect property rules, local customs, and community standards
Use the property only for lawful and agreed-upon purposes
6. Payments, Fees, and Commissions
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways
Pamu Trips may charge service fees or commissions, clearly disclosed at the time of booking
Prices shown may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on the listing
Pamu Trips is not responsible for payment disputes between Guests and Hosts beyond platform-level facilitation.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are defined by individual Hosts
Guests must review cancellation terms before confirming a booking
Pamu Trips may assist with dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds
Service fees charged by Pamu Trips may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Reviews and Ratings
Users may submit reviews based on genuine experiences
Reviews must be honest, lawful, and non-defamatory
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies or applicable laws
Pamu Trips does not endorse or verify user-generated reviews.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
Attempt to bypass platform payments or commissions
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Disrupt or interfere with platform operations or security
Violation may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including logos, branding, text, graphics, and software is owned by or licensed to Pamu Trips and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pamu Trips shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or disputes arising from stays or services booked through the Platform
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fees paid to Pamu Trips for the relevant booking
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pamu Trips, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your interaction with other users
13. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Modifications to Terms
Pamu Trips reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
