For Guests (Travelers)

How do I make a booking?

  3. Complete payment through our secure gateway

  4. Receive booking confirmation via email/SMS

Can I book without creating an account?

Some features may be accessible without an account, but creating an account is recommended to manage bookings and receive support.

Are the listings verified?

We take reasonable steps to verify hosts and listings. However, Pamu Trips acts as a platform facilitator and does not guarantee the quality or condition of properties.

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts.
Please check the cancellation terms mentioned on the listing before booking.

When will I get my refund?

Refund timelines depend on:

  • Host cancellation policy

  • Payment gateway processing time
    Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.


Payments & Pricing

What payment methods are accepted?

We support secure online payments through third-party payment gateways. Available methods may include:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (subject to availability)

Are there any hidden charges?

All applicable charges, including service fees and taxes, are displayed before payment confirmation.

Who can list on Pamu Trips?

  • Local service providers (subject to approval)

You must comply with local laws, licenses, and regulations.

How do I list my property?

  1. Register as a Host

  2. Submit property details and required documents

  3. Complete verification

  4. Publish your listing after approval

Does Pamu Trips provide training or setup support?

Pamu Trips may provide basic onboarding guidance and hospitality support, subject to availability. We do not guarantee funding or interior setup services unless explicitly agreed.

How do hosts receive payments?

Payments are processed through the platform after booking completion, subject to applicable service fees and settlement timelines.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account and update your profile details from the dashboard.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset your password securely.

Is my personal data safe?

Reviews & Ratings

Can I leave a review?

Yes. Guests can leave reviews after completing a stay.

Can reviews be removed?

Reviews that are abusive, fake, or violate platform policies may be removed at our discretion.
